Address Lockdown and Killer Queens

Hey Guys,
All the pins, stickers, and locking backs are here! My fingers are killing me from the 3-5 hours a day I spend backing pins and packaging them up, but we are working hard to get the packages together (There are so many boxes covering my bedroom floor it's ridiculous right now). In about two weeks we will lock down addresses, and we will notify you with an email before we do so. Once we lock your address, this means we cannot usually change it after that because we have exported for fulfillment. Over the next two weeks please ensure that you have the correct shipping address. Some orders will be shipped in mid December, but then i'm traveling home to Philly for the holidays, so the remainder will be shipped in early January when i'm back. Keep in mind that orders are shipped out in the order they were received, early backers will get theirs first. If you ordered the lips pin, there may be a slight delay, and your order will be shipped in January. The manufacturer made those pins in soft enamel, and they are currently re-making them as hard enamel.

Pin Pictures and Surveys

Hey guys,
All the pins have arrived with the exception of one package coming tomorrow. I haven't had time to sit down and take proper photos of them because with work I miss all the natural sunlight (being a photog, i want the natural light shining on these babies). I have been posting impromptu pics and videos on my instagram though.

The second bit of business is surveys. So far there are 24 backers who have not completed their survey. If you are having trouble getting to your survey or didn't receive one, please reach out to [email protected]. If your payment originally failed on Kickstarter, and you have not yet reinstated it on your BackerKit survey, i'm assuming you'd no longer like your order, and I will be cancelling those orders by the end of today. If I cancel your order because of a lack of payment, but then you decide you do want pins, you will have to place a new order through the pre-order store, at the full retail price.

Hey Guys,
The stickers arrived last week and all the sticker packs have been packaged. About 3/4 of the pins showed up today, so this week we will be sorting and packaging. The other 1/4 of pins, from another manufacturer, was shipped today. While fulfillment was set for February, we are hoping to get the orders out through December and January. December is obviously busy because of the holidays, but we also have two pin shows, and I personally am moving.
Orders will be shipped in the order they were received, so early backers may, possibly receive their rewards in December.

November 14th and Incomplete Surveys

Hey guys,
Just a reminder that tomorrow is the day that cards will be charged for any add-ons or for pre-order backers. If you need to make any changes to your survey, or you have not received your survey, please contact [email protected].
If you have not yet filled out your survey, you will want to do so. We have taken counts for each pin and ordered an excess, but the excess will be sold at upcoming pin festivals. If you do not fill out your survey before December 1st, you run the risk that we may run out of a specific design you wanted.
If you've filled out your survey, no worries, you will receive the designs you've specified.
We will also send a reminder right before orders ship so that you can update your address if you need to.

Survey Lockdown

Just a reminder that surveys will be locked down tomorrow. Once they're locked down you won't be able to make changes to your order, other than your shipping address. Keep in mind you won't be charged for any add-ons until November 14th.
If you want to add or remove anything from your order, now is the time to do it. If you haven't received your survey or need help with it, please contact [email protected]
Some good news is that we got a table at the Yay! Pin Show in San Francisco on December 1st. This meant I had to contact my manufacturers to find out if they could ship the pins sooner than the original date of December 5th. They've agreed to try and get the pins done and shipped here before Dec 1st. The earlier we get the pins, the earlier they get to you!
